Discover How Vedic Knowledge Over 4000 Years Old Can Help You Find Your Life Purpose.

And on the way, uncover the SECRET to YOUR UNIQUENESS.

Lissa Coffey, an Ayurveda, Lifestyle and Relationship expert and the author of 10 popular books, is here to answer one question that all of us ponder…

But why is it so essential for us to understand our unique place in this world?

And What Will Happen If We Don’t?

Let me start with my favourite quote (from Dr. Seuss) that perfectly sums up what I mean,

Today you are you, that’s truer than true, there’s no one alive who’s you-er than you.

Isn’t that just incredible. There really is no one in this world who is like you and there never ever will be another you.

But what does this have to do with finding your purpose or your Dharma as it's called in Vedic Philosophy?

Why, EVERYTHING of course!

This uniqueness that defines you also defines your purpose. According to Ancient Vedic Knowledge, everyone has a Dharma, a purpose that drives them, that drives you, to move forward, to learn, to grow. And it is our duty to figure out what this Dharma is and use it to our best knowledge to help and serve as well as we can.

Some of us are born knowing what our Dharma is.

A friend of mines’ brother knew he wanted to be a dancer when he grew up and eventually star in a Broadway Musical in New York. He told me this when he was 7! For the next 20 years this purpose dictated all that he did, all the choices he made and even what he did on weekends and vacations! But his hard work, dedication and his passion for dance had finally paid off. He is now the lead in an amazing Broadway play and adored by critics for his flawless performances. Unfortunately not everyone is so lucky, not even me!

Most of us have no clue why we are here!

We have no idea what we want to do. Even after school and university, even after we’ve started earning money and are married. I get at least 10 emails every week people asking me to help them find their purpose.

Hi I’m Lissa Coffey,

And all I want is to guide you to your Dharma in life through the help of The Dharma Experience Program. But why should you listen to me?

Who am I?

I am a Ayurvedic lifestyle and Relationship Expert and an author. My work is a blend of ancient wisdom and modern application and has received accolades from my peers like Deepak Chopra and Shaun Robinson. I am also a life coach tapping into my vast knowledge of Ayurveda, Feng Shui, Aromatherapy, Hypnotherapy and other ancient philosophies to come up with positive solutions for contemporary challenges. I have appeared frequently on television and radio and have contributed to many national publications with an ayurvedic approach to modern-day issues.

But beyond all this I am also an ardent follower of the Vedic Philosophy of Dharma. I see everyone around me living their Dharma and how can I not believe? My grandmother was the perfect example of a Bhakta. She poured love into everything she did. She cooked with love and loved to feed her children and grandchildren. I remember so many times sitting around her kitchen table, eating homemade apple strudel, or slurping alphabet soup. The warmth I felt just being in a place where I knew I was totally welcomed and loved and perfectly safe.

“Lissa Coffey walks her talk, and now has written a beautiful and clear book to teach us the most advanced and ancient ideas about achieving the perfect balance that results in the kind of health that helps us look, feel and be our very blessed best! She is an amazing woman and I am thrilled to recommend her book!

Through The Dharma Experience I Want You To Unravel, Which Path Calls To Your Soul. And In Turn Benefit Not Just You But Also Those Around You, Those You Love And Cherish.

Don’t think of The Dharma Experience as a tool to unearth your life purpose and be done with it, take it as a road map towards understanding the uniqueness that is you and carry it forward to live a life of fulfillment and prosperity.

To Live Your Dharma And Gain Freedom From Our Earthly Bindings Is The Ultimate Goal.

So what is your Dharma, your purpose in life?

When I talk about Dharma, it is vital that you understand that each one of us has an individual purpose, a unique mission in this world. We must think of each path that we take as a bridge that brings us from a limited understanding of who we think we are, to a greater awareness of our uniqueness and our self. These paths help us to perceive and express our dharma through love, work, knowledge and meditation.

In the Bhagvad Gita there are four paths we can take to find our Dharma, our purpose for being on this earth. But the end destination of each path is always the same: Freedom, Liberation, Enlightenment or Awareness. How we get there, is another matter entirely!

The Four Paths Are Bhakti, Karma, Jnana and Raja.

Actually, Bhakti, Karma, Jnana and Raja are known as Yogas.

I know we’ve come to think of Yoga as a form of fitness in the West, just a way to work up a sweat and that’s all. But yoga is so much more than that. The Philosophy of Yoga encompasses our whole lives. It shares with us our own innermost secrets, the ones we don’t even know we have. And lays bare who we are and the kind of person we should aspire to be.

How is something like Yoga supposed to tell you what to do, who you are?

Each yoga path draws a certain kind of person to towards it. As I said before, our destination is always the same – to be free or all the ties that bind us, the fear that rules us, the work that distresses us and the mind that imposes it’s insanity on us. Actually, at various stages in our lives we are pulled towards each of the different yoga’s

If you love to spend your time volunteering, you will very easily find yourself on the path of Karma Yoga. The open-hearted love that all new parents feel for everyone and everything is the perfect example of Bhakti Yoga. Serious students in pursuit of knowledge in college and universities will feel most comfortable on the path to Jnana Yoga and if you find yourself drawn to the workings of the mind and meditation, Raja Yoga is the path you should follow.

So which Yoga do you feel you most identify with RIGHT NOW?

Your Journey To Finding Your Dharma Is A Four Lane Freeway – And You’re Barreling Down It Full Speed. What Do You Do?

Imagine you are driving on a four-lane freeway. All lanes or paths on the freeway lead to the same destination. The four lanes are Bhakti, Karma, Jnana and Raja of course! As we travel along this freeway, we can switch lanes at any time. But even though we can change lanes as much as want, there is always one lane that we favor, one lane where we spend more of our time.

The path that we’re so fond of is actually our Dharma. And eventually as we spend more and more time on this path, we start to live our Dharma and begin to express our Dharma with everything we think, say and do.

Through The Dharma Experience, I want to help you find your purpose, by showing you the path you most favour and fortify you with the tools you will need to decipher your Dharma. I can guarantee that it will open up a life filled with meaning and fulfillment.

It Really Is The Journey That Matters, Not The Destination…

As I said before, through our lives we will follow each of the paths in turn. You’ll be a Bhakti yogi, a Karma yogi, a Jnana yogi and a Raja Yogi. You’ll feel unconditional love, do selfless work, you’ll thirst to know more and cry out for some peace of mind. Through it all, this program The Dharma Experience, a will be your guiding force to support and encourage you on your Dharmic path.

If You’ve Ever Felt Lost Or Unsure, You Know Exactly How Terrifying It Can Be.
Take this perfect opportunity to not just live a more fulfilled and joyful life, but to share and enrich the lives of those who you love and cherish. In the end, it is what we do that defines us and our actions speak louder than any words can. In the end, don’t you want to be free?

How Will This Course Change My Life?

Which Is Your Present Dharmic Path To Freedom?

Bhakti Yoga path of devotion

"Whoever offers Me with devotion a leaf, a flower, a fruit or a little water - that, so offered devotedly by the pure-minded, I accept"

Bhakti-Yoga is the art of evolved love. It is about loving what is, without expectation. It does not teach us to forsake, it only tells us that, "Love; Love the Highest!" everything else flows naturally. The reality of life is, when we genuinely love others, we ourselves are being supported and when work for others happiness, our own lives become happier. A Bhakti Yogi or Bhakta understands that we are all one, that we are all a part of the whole while at the same time being individual expressions of that whole. The most perfect example of those following the path of a Bhakti Yogi is Mother Theresa and “Amma” also known as the Hugging Saint.

A Bhakti Yogi’s Mantra is:
“I am a Bhakta and my purpose is to love.”

Karma Yoga The path of action (selfless service)

"You have a right to perform your prescribed duty, but you are not entitled to the fruits of action. Never consider yourself the cause of the results of your activities, and never be attached to not doing your duty"

Karma Yoga is the path of work, or the path of service without attachment to the end result. Rather than working for a paycheck, a Karma Yogi would perform their duty as a spiritual offering. This path of Yoga teaches us that working merely for money, or promotions, or praise leads us to disappointment as we can never meet all of our expectations and in the end nothing is ever enough. However working as a service to ourselves and to others allows us to experience the spirit of the universe in everything we do.
Blake Mycoskie, founder of TOMS, an innovative “One for One” company, which matches every pair of shoes purchased from TOMS with a pair of new shoes given to a child in need, is a stellar example of those who have trod on the path of Karma Yoga.

A Karma Yogi’s Mantra is:
I am a Karma Yogi and my purpose is to serve.”

Jnana Yoga the path of knowledge

"When a man puts away all the desires of his mind, O Partha [Arjuna], and when his spirit is content in itself, then is he called stable in intelligence"

Jnana Yoga is the path of knowledge, knowledge in the higher sense of knowing who we are and being aware of our relationship, our connection with each other and the universe. Jnana Yogis have a natural curiosity to their personalities. They are the ones who always want to explore, to investigate, to look further into any situation. They are the ones who ask questions the rest of us hadn’t thought of. The most well known Jnana Yogi is Steve Jobs, a man who was an inventor and an entrepreneur who always thought ahead, anticipating and dreaming up possibilities that he could put into form and function.

A Jnana Yogi’s Mantra is:
“I am a Jnana Yogi and my purpose is to know.”

Raja Yoga the path of the mind & meditation

"For him who has conquered the mind, the mind is the best of friends; but for one who has failed to do so, his mind will remain the greatest enemy"

Raja Yoga is the path of meditation. By stilling the mind through meditation we can experience more of our true selves. Raja Yoga explains that we need to settle down the mind, which is constantly stirred up with thoughts just as a lake is muddied through activity. When the lake settles down, the water becomes crystal clear, and so it is with our mind. This tranquil state of mind lets us think more clearly, and to see what is important in life. Raja Yogis like spending time alone, but they rarely feel alone or lonely. They get caught up in the moment, in the beauty of nature, in the telling of a joke and completely forget where they are.
One of the most beautiful souls and a devoted Raja Yogi was Dr. Maya Angelou. Known as a “Global Renaissance Woman”, Dr. Angelou is regarded as one of the great voices of contemporary literature.

A Raja Yogi’s Mantra is:
“I am a Raja Yogi and my purpose is to be.”

My program is not just for those seeking to find their life purpose… It is for anyone who has ever questioned his or her place in this world, for anyone who is lost, anyone who wants to know more about themselves. And it is the IDEAL program to discover what ignites your fire, what fuels your passion.

You can practice your Dharma anywhere,

no matter what your occupation.

Imagine that you are working in customer service, in any industry, at a retail store, a bank, a car wash or an office. A customer walks up to you and an encounter begins:

Someone on the path of Bhakti Yoga would think
“How can I treat this person with love and respect so that they feel loved and appreciated?”

Someone on the path of Karma Yoga would think
“I am here to serve this person. How can I lighten the load for this person? How can I help make his day a bit better? What can I do to help?”

Someone on the path of Jnana Yoga would think
“Of all the people who could have approached me, this person did. What can I learn from her? And, of all the people who this person could have approached, she came to me, I am here to learn and to teach through this mutual experience we are having.”

Someone on the path of Raja Yoga would think
“At this time, in this space, we have come together – it is a divine appointment. I will be in the moment and be fully present with this person and see what arises.”

The Dharma Experience is an incredible journey of self-awareness and an insightful guide to living a life with meaning immediately. It is the perfect Program anyone who needs to realign themselves with the universe and their Dharma, be it you or anyone else.

It’s Never Too Late To Discover The Answer To One Of The Most Important Life Questions, “What is my purpose?”
